Document Options Ltd ("DOL") is the parent company of Lollipop Print and is committed to conducting its business in accordance with all applicable Data Protection laws and regulations and in line with the highest standards of ethical conduct.
DOL will maintain and adhere to its GDPR Policy that sets forth the expected behaviours of DOL Employees and Third Parties in relation to the collection, use, retention, transfer, disclosure and destruction of any Personal Data that is in the possession of DOL. (i.e. the Data Subject).
Personal Data is any information (including opinions and intentions) which relates to an identified or Identifiable Natural Person. Personal Data is subject to certain legal safeguards and other regulations, which impose restrictions on how organisations may process Personal Data. An organisation that handles Personal Data and makes decisions about its use is known as a Data Controller. DOL, as a Data Controller, is responsible for ensuring compliance with the Data Protection requirements outlined in this policy. Non-compliance may expose DOL to complaints, regulatory action, fines and/or reputational damage.
DOL's leadership is fully committed to ensuring continued and effective implementation of its GDPR policy, and expects all DOL Employees and Third Parties to share in this commitment. Any breach of this policy will be taken seriously and may result in disciplinary action or business sanction.

Document Options attaches much value to the protection of your personal data and creates, processes and uses your personal data exclusively in accordance with the principles referred to below and whilst obeying the applicable data protection laws.

Personal data includes all information that relates to a particular or identifiable person. This includes among other things your name, your telephone number as well as your postal address and email address. Your data will be collected and stored in the CRM database.

Document Options creates processes and uses your personal data only in connection with the institution and the management of a customer account as well as for the provision of the services offered in connection with the customer account. Other than that Document Options creates, processes and uses your personal data only in so far as you have given your permission for that.

At regular intervals Document Options sends newsletters to registered interested parties. In so far as you have registered for a Document Options Newsletter, Document Options creates and processes your data exclusively for the dispatch of the newsletter concerned. No personal data is used in this process . You can at any time cancel your subscription via the link contained or you can have your data deleted from our system by contacting the email address below
Amendments
Document Options reserves the right to amend these data protection provisions from time to time.
